We host picnics at public and private venues throughout our service area. Choose from popular local spots like the Ocho Rios local Turtle River park (1-2 persons – free. groups of 4-6 persons will need to obtain a permit. please contact me if you would like me to obtain the permit ahead of time. cost ranges from $6000 JMD to $10,000 JMD), Ocho Rios Bay Beach, or Priory Beach. We can also transform your private residence Indoor our outdoor, backyard, Airbnb or any private Beach or location into a luxury oasis. Our complimentary service area covers any venue within a 5-minute radius of Ocho Rios or St Anns Bay. Locations exceeding this distance will incur a variable travel and logistics fee based on the total mileage and accessibility.
While we cannot issue cash refunds for weather disruptions, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. If rain is forecasted, you can move your setup indoors to a private residence or reschedule to an open future date up to 3 months out at no extra cost

We kindly ask guests to take care of all décor and setup items.
A cleaning or damage fee starting at $5000 may apply if items are returned excessively dirty or damaged beyond normal wear.

Yes! You may reschedule once with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Arrive on time, relax, and enjoy the luxury atmosphere. Our styling team remains on-site until you arrive. Once your reservation time ends, our team returns to handle the complete breakdown and cleanup.
Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to your scheduled event will receive a full credit voucher valid for 3 months. Cancellations inside the 3 days window or no-shows forfeit the booking balance to cover food preparation and styling logistics.
If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 30 min notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for all picnic items until we can return and pack up. As a precaution and to avoid any incidents, do not leave the picnic set up unattended.
Our luxury picnic experiences lasts 2 hours for solo and 2 guest’s picnics, 3 Hours for groups of 4-12
Our Picnics setups Comes with a Snack Box, 1 juice and 1 bottled water for each guest. As an add-on you can add one of our Charcuterie Box meals to your booking.
