Cost: booking reservation Deposit cost is $5000 JMD or $40 USD. The balance must be paid before 1 week (7 days) of your event appointment.
- 1 guest – $8000 JMD ($60 USD)
- 2 guests – $10,000 JMD ($70 USD)
- 4 guests – $3,000 JMD Each ($25 USD Each)
- 5-12 guests – $2,500 JMD Each ($20 USD Each)

How It Works:
- Book your Appointment: Select a date and time that’s suitable.
- Lock In Your Venue: Select a spacious local beach, a scenic park, or your own private villa/backyard.
- Arrive to a Masterpiece: Our styling team handles 100% of the delivery, heavy lifting, and luxury design before your group arrives.
- Celebrate & Graze: Enjoy the gourmet snack box, play your music in your private oasis.
- Walk Away Effortlessly: Take your personal belongings and go—we handle 100% of the cleanup, dishwashing, and breakdown.
Terms and conditions:
- $5000 JMD ($40 USD) booking fee of the total invoice is to secure the date and confirm the booking. Booking fees are non-refundable. Payment details can be found on final invoice sent to customer. Final payment must be made latest 5 days before the event date. The event will not be set up without full payment.
- For all picnics a mandatory security deposit of $5000 will be added to the invoice. The security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of your event completion if there are no damage to the items and all items have returned in their original condition (no stains, rips etc)
